How to submit bonus when printer/scanner isn't working?

Click the "Tab" button on your keyboard, then the "Submit" button should reappear at the bottom of any Cognito Form.

- The initials on the "Move-in Notes" must match the signature of the manager on the contract. For instance, if the contract signature is "Matt Roach," the note initials should be "MR." (Failure to match the initials will result in no bonus being awarded).
- The "Yellow Form" should be completed and signed.
- Both the customer and the manager must sign the lease and provide their initials.
- Submit copies of the customer's driver's license (DL) and credit card (CC).
- Enter the customer's contact information into the system.
- Scan the file into SiteLink (storage management software).
- Ensure that the bonus submission is made on the same day as the rental. (No bonus will be given if submitted on the following day).
